Provides eligible individuals with a free smartphone and free monthly service, keeping you connected to family, jobs, healthcare, and opportunity.
Allergy Testing
Offers fast, same-day allergy screenings for Medicaid recipients—no appointments needed, and walk-ins always welcome.
Mental Health, Pain Management & Primary Care
Delivers compassionate medical care, mental health support, and therapy options regardless with based on insurance coverages.
Transportation Services
Transportation is generously provided by Thrive Again solely to help clients reach our designated locations, with no reimbursement or personal transport offered, and we welcome donations to help expand this service.
